THE DECLARATION OF TERMS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR THE WILDES AT CHUNNS COVE is our governing document. This document is filed with the Register of Deeds, Buncombe County BK 3096 PG 472-500. This document is consistent with Chapter 47 of the North Carolina Planned Community Act. There are two addendums to the Covenants.
The first Addendum turns over the Homeowners Association, (HOA), to the community and nullifies the Bylaws which were attached to the Covenants by the developer.
The second Addendum replaces Article X – Exterior Maintenance.
