Located 1.5 miles from downtown Asheville, NC, The Wildes at Chunns Cove is a charming community built in the classic Arts & Crafts style of the late 19th and early 20th centuries.  A mix of country and city life, it is in the heart of East Asheville and is very convenient to great shopping, restaurants, and easy access to the recreation  and attractions of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

The Wildes was built in 2007 and completed in 2008. The development consists of single family homes and attached duplexes with two common areas.
